This includes providing text labels for form fields, maintaining a logical heading structure, and avoiding reliance on color alone to convey status.
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time fix. We periodically review page structure, color contrast, form labeling, and keyboard operability across the site, and prioritize fixes for any reported barriers, particularly on the case-submission flow that claimants rely on directly.
As with most sites of this size, some pages may not yet fully meet every WCAG success criterion. Where a barrier is identified, we work to remediate it and, in the meantime, offer an alternative way to complete the task (such as submitting a case by phone or email) on request.
