Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 11, 2026

MVAResolve is committed to ensuring this site is accessible to people with disabilities, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and, as a target technical standard, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We believe everyone with a potential motor vehicle accident claim should be able to submit and track it here, regardless of ability.

Standards We Reference

We use WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our internal benchmark for text contrast, form labeling, focus indicators, and semantic page structure across the site's public pages, case-submission form, and partner/law-firm dashboards.

Our Approach

We aim to design and develop the site's public pages, forms, and dashboards to be perceivable, operable, and understandable for users of assistive technology, including screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation. This includes providing text labels for form fields, maintaining a logical heading structure, and avoiding reliance on color alone to convey status.

Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time fix. We periodically review page structure, color contrast, form labeling, and keyboard operability across the site, and prioritize fixes for any reported barriers, particularly on the case-submission flow that claimants rely on directly.

Known Limitations

As with most sites of this size, some pages may not yet fully meet every WCAG success criterion. Where a barrier is identified, we work to remediate it and, in the meantime, offer an alternative way to complete the task (such as submitting a case by phone or email) on request.

Third-Party Content

Some content on this site — such as consent-verification widgets used for compliance purposes — is provided by third parties. We select vendors with accessibility in mind but cannot guarantee the accessibility of every third-party component.

Feedback and Assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this site, or need assistance submitting a case in an alternative format, contact contact@mvaresolve.com. We will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly and provide the information or service you need through an accessible alternative.
