Advertising Guidelines

Last updated: September 11, 2026

This is a general template and does not constitute legal advice. Please have this reviewed by a licensed attorney before relying on it.

These Advertising Guidelines govern how referral partners and law firms may market, advertise, and represent this platform, submitted cases, and any relationship with MVAResolve. They apply across all channels — paid search, social media, SMS/email campaigns, landing pages, and offline marketing — used to generate case submissions.

Truthful, Non-Misleading Advertising

All advertising used to generate case submissions must be truthful, substantiated, and not misleading as to the nature of the service, expected compensation, expected case value, or any affiliation with MVAResolve or specific law firms. Testimonials, if used, must be genuine and may not imply a guaranteed outcome for a different claimant's case.

Prohibited Representations

Referral partners and law firms may not represent that MVAResolve is a law firm, that a case is "guaranteed" to settle or sign, that a specific dollar recovery is likely or typical, or that contact from a law firm constitutes representation before a retainer is signed.

Required Disclosures

Any advertisement soliciting case submissions must clearly disclose that submission does not create an attorney-client relationship, that information may be shared with partner law firms and legal marketing partners for evaluation of the claim, and, where the ad itself collects contact information, must present TCPA consent language consistent with our TCPA Consent Disclosure.

Paid Search & Social Advertising

Ad copy, keywords, and landing pages used in paid search or social advertising must not imply a direct government, court, or bar-association affiliation, and must comply with each ad platform's own legal-services advertising policies in addition to these guidelines.

SMS and Email Campaigns

Any SMS or email campaign used to generate submissions must itself capture TCPA-compliant consent at the point of collection and must honor opt-out requests (STOP/unsubscribe) immediately and permanently.

Attorney Advertising Rules

Law firm participants remain solely responsible for ensuring their own advertising complies with the advertising and solicitation rules of their state bar(s) of admission, including any required disclaimers, filing obligations, or "no fee unless we win" disclosures applicable in their jurisdiction.

Review and Enforcement

MVAResolve may request samples of a partner's or firm's advertising at any time and may require modification or removal of non-compliant material. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension consistent with the Termination Policy.
