This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and describes rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), and, to the extent applicable, comparable rights under other state privacy statutes such as those in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah.
In the preceding 12 months we have collected identifiers (name, email, phone, mailing address, IP address), commercial/transaction information related to your case submission, internet/network activity on this site, and, where voluntarily provided as part of an injury claim, health information relevant to the claim.
We collect this information directly from you when you submit a case, from a referral partner submitting on your behalf with your consent, and automatically through your use of the site (such as IP address and submission timestamp).
We use the categories above to evaluate and route your case, maintain required consent and compliance records, communicate with you about your claim, prevent fraud, and operate and improve the site.
We disclose case information to partner law firms and qualification partners to evaluate and pursue your claim. As described in our Do Not Sell or Share Notice, certain disclosures to referral partners or marketing/analytics partners may fall within the CCPA/CPRA's broad definition of "sale" or "sharing" even though we do not sell information for cash to unrelated third parties.
Subject to verification and statutory exceptions, you may request to know/access, delete, or correct the personal information we hold, and to opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you — including by denying service or charging a different rate — for exercising these rights.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent's authorization and may still require you to verify your own identity directly.
Submit a verifiable request to contact@mvaresolve.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request," including enough information for us to reasonably verify your identity as the person whose data is at issue. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Given the nature of personal injury claims, submitted information may include health details treated as "sensitive personal information" under CCPA/CPRA. We use such information solely to evaluate and process the submitted claim and do not use it to infer characteristics about you beyond that purpose.
