In the preceding 12 months we have collected identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), commercial/transaction information, internet/network activity, and, where voluntarily provided as part of an injury claim, health information relevant to the claim.

Your Rights

Subject to verification and statutory exceptions, you may request to know/access, delete, or correct the personal information we hold, and to opt out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Submit a verifiable request to contact@mvaresolve.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request." We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Sensitive Personal Information

Given the nature of personal injury claims, submitted information may include health details treated as "sensitive personal information." We use such information solely to evaluate and process the submitted claim.
