This Law Firm Agreement governs participation in the MVAResolve referral marketplace by any approved law firm ("Firm") and incorporates by reference the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
Firm represents that it is a duly licensed law firm or licensed attorney in good standing in each jurisdiction in which it accepts cases through this platform, and that its participation, intake practices, and any related advertising comply with the rules of professional conduct of its bar(s) of admission.
MVAResolve assigns qualified case referrals to Firm based on Firm's stated intake criteria — jurisdiction, injury type, case value range, and similar factors disclosed by Firm at onboarding. Assignment does not obligate Firm to accept any specific case; Firm retains full professional discretion to accept or decline representation.
Firm prepays for assigned cases at the rate and cadence disclosed at the time of assignment. MVAResolve will not assign additional cases once the prepaid balance is exhausted absent a new prepayment or approved credit arrangement. Rates may be adjusted prospectively on reasonable notice.
Firm agrees to review each assigned case and record a case status (contacting, document verification, signed, not qualified, etc.) so that progress can be tracked in the CRM. Firm's decision whether to sign a client to a retainer is Firm's sole, independent professional judgment, and MVAResolve does not direct or influence that decision.
Firm may return a case that does not meet Firm's disclosed intake standards, or that falls through prior to signing, within 15 days of assignment (unless otherwise agreed in writing), for a full refund or a replacement case at no additional cost. Returns after this window are handled at MVAResolve's discretion.
MVAResolve makes no representation or warranty regarding the ultimate value, signability, or outcome of any assigned case. Firm's payment obligation relates to the delivery of a qualified referral consistent with the Lead Quality Standards, not to any guaranteed case value or settlement result.
Firm must handle consumer data received through the platform consistent with applicable attorney confidentiality obligations and may not resell, sublicense, or transfer case data to any third party outside Firm's own representation of the client.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party on written notice. MVAResolve may suspend or terminate Firm's access immediately for non-payment, a pattern of bad-faith case returns, or any conduct inconsistent with the Acceptable Use Policy.
