Referral Partner Termination Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

This is a general template and does not constitute legal advice. Please have this reviewed by a licensed attorney before relying on it.

This policy governs suspension and termination of referral partner accounts and supplements the Referral Partner Agreement. It exists so that partners know in advance exactly what conduct puts an account at risk, and what happens to pending compensation if it is.

Termination for Cause (Immediate)

MVAResolve may suspend or terminate a partner account immediately, without prior notice, upon reasonable belief that the partner has:

  • Submitted fake, fabricated, or duplicate leads;
  • Used incentivized traffic to generate case submissions;
  • Forged, altered, or misrepresented TCPA consent documentation;
  • Used an undisclosed sub-affiliate or traffic source;
  • Attempted unauthorized access to the platform or another account; or
  • Otherwise materially violated the Acceptable Use Policy or Lead Quality Standards.

Temporary Suspension Pending Investigation

Where the evidence of a violation is not yet conclusive, MVAResolve may temporarily suspend an account — pausing new case submissions and payouts — while it investigates, rather than terminating outright. A suspended partner will be notified of the general nature of the concern where doing so would not compromise the investigation.

Termination Without Cause

Either party may terminate the relationship without cause on 15 days' written notice (email to the address on file is sufficient). Cases already submitted and accepted prior to the effective termination date remain subject to the Referral Partner Agreement.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, the partner's dashboard access is revoked; compensation for signed cases prior to termination remains payable on the normal schedule, less any amounts subject to chargeback; and compensation for cases terminated for cause involving fraud, forged consent, or incentivized traffic is forfeited in full.

Data After Termination

Case and consent records associated with a terminated partner's submissions are retained by MVAResolve consistent with our Privacy Policy, regardless of the partner's account status, since that data belongs to the underlying claimant's case file, not to the partner.

Reinstatement

A partner terminated for cause is not automatically eligible to re-register. Requests for reinstatement are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require additional verification or a probationary review period.

Appeal

A terminated or suspended partner may request review by emailing contact@mvaresolve.com within 10 business days of notice, including any documentation supporting their position.
