Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

This is a general template and does not constitute legal advice. Please have this reviewed by a licensed attorney before relying on it.

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every visitor, referral partner, law firm, and other user of this platform and is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. It is meant to keep the referral marketplace trustworthy for claimants, partners, and law firms alike.

Prohibited Lead-Generation Conduct

  • Submitting fraudulent, duplicate, fabricated, or incentivized leads.
  • Forging, falsifying, or misrepresenting TCPA consent or any other required disclosure.
  • Buying, scraping, or otherwise sourcing contact lists not tied to a specific, verifiable consumer action on a compliant intake flow.
  • Using undisclosed sub-affiliates or third-party traffic sources not approved in advance.
  • Representing that MVAResolve, a referral partner, or a specific case is affiliated with a law firm before any such relationship exists.

Prohibited System & Security Conduct

  • Attempting unauthorized access to any account, database, or system, including by circumventing rate limits, authentication, or CSRF protections.
  • Introducing malware, conducting denial-of-service activity, or otherwise interfering with platform availability.
  • Scraping, harvesting, or exporting data beyond your authorized account access.
  • Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the platform without prior written authorization.

Prohibited Communication Conduct

  • Using the platform or data obtained from it to send unsolicited commercial email or spam in violation of CAN-SPAM or similar laws.
  • Harassing, abusive, or threatening communications directed at claimants, partners, law firms, or MVAResolve staff.

Account Security

Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, use a unique password not reused from another service, and promptly notify contact@mvaresolve.com of any suspected unauthorized account access.

Monitoring

MVAResolve may monitor platform activity, including submitted case data and account behavior, to detect violations of this policy. Monitoring is conducted for compliance and security purposes and is not a substitute for a user's own obligation to comply.

Reporting a Violation

Anyone who becomes aware of a suspected violation of this policy — including a referral partner, law firm, or claimant — may report it to contact@mvaresolve.com. Reports are reviewed and, where warranted, escalated for investigation.

Consequences of Violation

Violations may result in case/lead removal, compensation forfeiture, and account suspension or termination as described in the Termination Policy, up to and including referral to law enforcement where warranted.
