Account Security
Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, use a unique password not reused from another service, and promptly notify contact@mvaresolve.com of any suspected unauthorized account access.
Monitoring
MVAResolve may monitor platform activity, including submitted case data and account behavior, to detect violations of this policy. Monitoring is conducted for compliance and security purposes and is not a substitute for a user's own obligation to comply.

Anyone who becomes aware of a suspected violation of this policy — including a referral partner, law firm, or claimant — may report it to contact@mvaresolve.com. Reports are reviewed and, where warranted, escalated for investigation.
Consequences of Violation
Violations may result in case/lead removal, compensation forfeiture, and account suspension or termination as described in the Termination Policy, up to and including referral to law enforcement where warranted.
