Under CCPA/CPRA and comparable state laws, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising. See also our CCPA / State Privacy Notice.
MVAResolve does not sell personal information for money in the everyday sense. However, disclosing case or contact information to referral partners or co-marketing/analytics partners in exchange for value may be treated as a "sale" or "share" under the broad statutory definitions used in California and similar states, and this notice is provided out of an abundance of caution to cover that possibility.
Disclosure of your case information to the partner law firm(s) actually evaluating or handling your claim is necessary to provide the service you requested and is not affected by this opt-out. Service providers who process data on our behalf under a contract (such as hosting or communications infrastructure) are also not considered a "sale" or "share."
If you opt out, we will stop disclosing your personal information in ways that qualify as a sale or share going forward. This will not affect a case already assigned to a partner law firm, and it will not, by itself, withdraw your TCPA consent to be contacted — see our TCPA Consent Disclosure if you also wish to stop being contacted.
Submit a request to contact@mvaresolve.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information," including your name, email, and/or phone number used at submission. We will process verified requests within 15 business days.
Where technically feasible, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) transmitted by your browser as a valid request to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser or device.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals we know to be under 16 years of age.
