Terms of Service

Last updated: September 11, 2026

This is a general template and does not constitute legal advice. Please have this reviewed by a licensed attorney before relying on it.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this site, submitting a case, registering as a referral partner, or registering as a law firm user, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any role-specific agreement that applies to you. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

Purpose of This Site

This site allows individuals to submit information about a potential motor vehicle accident (MVA) claim, and allows referral partners to submit cases on behalf of prospective clients they have identified. MVAResolve reviews submitted cases against its Lead Quality Standards and, where a case qualifies, routes it to an independent, licensed law firm for evaluation. Submitting a case does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not guarantee representation or any particular outcome.

Eligibility & Accuracy

By submitting a case, you represent that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that — if submitting on behalf of another person as a referral partner — you have obtained that person's permission to share their information and to be contacted about their potential claim. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a case or register a partner or law firm account.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

MVAResolve is not a law firm, does not practice law, and does not provide legal advice. Submitting a case, being routed to a law firm, or receiving contact from a law firm does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only if and when a partner law firm and the claimant execute a retainer agreement.

Referral Partner Program

Referral partners may earn compensation when a referred case results in a signed retainer with a partner law firm, subject to case review, qualification criteria, and applicable law, as further described in the Referral Partner Agreement. Compensation terms may be modified or terminated at MVAResolve's discretion on reasonable notice. Any compensation arrangement must comply with applicable state bar rules and referral-fee regulations.

Law Firm Participants

Participating law firms review cases assigned to them and retain sole, independent professional judgment over whether to accept representation, consistent with their own bar's rules of professional conduct. Additional terms specific to law firm participation appear in the Law Firm Agreement.

Intellectual Property

The site's design, text, graphics, and underlying software are owned by MVAResolve or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, scraped, or redistributed without prior written permission, except as necessary to use the site for its intended purpose.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not submit fraudulent, duplicate, or fabricated case information; attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to this system; misrepresent your relationship to any individual whose information you submit; or use the site for any purpose not expressly permitted here or in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and the referral service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to the accuracy, timeliness, or outcome of any case referral.

Limitation of Liability

This site and its operators are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Case review and representation decisions are made solely by independent, licensed attorneys. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVAResolve is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from any law firm's handling of a referred case.

Changes to These Terms

MVAResolve may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which MVAResolve is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by mandatory consumer-protection or attorney-referral law in the claimant's or partner's home state.
