This Compliance Policy summarizes the legal and regulatory framework MVAResolve requires of everyone using the platform, and serves as an index to the full policy library below. Where a conflict exists, the more specific policy controls.
Because this platform operates in the personal injury referral space, participants must comply with, at minimum: the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state consumer privacy laws (CCPA and similar), state bar rules on attorney advertising and referral fees, CAN-SPAM and state anti-spam statutes, and state do-not-call/telemarketing registration laws where applicable.
The full policy library is available at all times in the site footer: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, TCPA Disclosure, Referral Partner Agreement, Law Firm Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, Advertising Guidelines, CCPA Notice, Do Not Sell or Share Notice, and the Accessibility Statement.
Anyone may report a suspected compliance issue to contact@mvaresolve.com. Reports are handled confidentially to the extent permitted by law.
