Who can refer motor vehicle accident cases?

Anyone with access to qualified motor vehicle accident claimants may submit referrals. You do not need to be an attorney. Every case is reviewed against our qualification requirements before being accepted.

When do I receive my referral payment?

Referral compensation is paid after the claimant signs a retainer agreement and all qualification requirements have been satisfied, on the pay schedule assigned to your account (see Finance & Payments once logged in).

How do you determine whether a case qualifies?

Every submission is reviewed against our Lead Quality Standards, including accident details, liability, injuries, insurance information, treatment history, and consent documentation.

Can law firms receive referrals through the platform?

Yes. Partner law firms receive verified, pre-qualified cases with transparent status tracking from submission through signed retainer. See the Law Firms & Partners page to get started.

How can I track the status of my referrals?

Your dashboard shows real-time status for every case you've referred — submitted, contacting, document verification, signed, and more — along with your earnings.

Is there a limit to how many referrals I can submit?
